This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who sign up for our waitlist, regardless of their country of residence.

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect the following personal data:
Name and email address - provided voluntarily through the sign-up form
Date and time of sign-up
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type (collected automatically by Framer Forms)
3. Why We Collect Your Data (Legal Basis)
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
To send you updates about the launch of Nezkit, including the launch date, early access information, and exclusive offers - based on your freely given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To send you a welcome gift reserved for waitlist members - based on your consent.
To protect our legitimate interests (e.g. preventing fraud or abuse) - based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@nezkit.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
4. How Long We Store Your Data
We store your name, email address and related data for as long as the waitlist is active, or until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe). Once the waitlist period ends, your data will be transferred to MailerLite, which we use to manage ongoing email communication.
5. Who Has Access to Your Data
Your data may be shared with the following third-party service providers who help us operate the waitlist:
Framer (framer.com) - website and form hosting. Framer may process technical data such as IP addresses.

Google Sheets (Google LLC) - during the waitlist period, submitted email addresses are stored in Google Sheets.

MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite") - after the waitlist ends, your data will be transferred to MailerLite for email communication.

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.
6. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (including Framer) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
